Please send back your merchandise to: Moonlight Slumber Returns RMA # (enter your 4 digit order number here) 60 Ann Street Elgin, Illinois 60120 1. Send us the Tracking Number so we can check with shipping/returns to make sure they got it and more importantly, that we credit your account in a timely manner. 2. Please make a note and place inside the box, include your "name", "RMA#" and "Reason for Return". 3. Send it with a carrier service that provides tracking information.
