The Comfort-U Body Pillow is available in two sizes, Regular and Petite. Is there a warranty? All products are warranted against manufacturer defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase. What is the return policy? If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, feel free to return it in it’s original condition within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. You are only responsible for your return shipping costs. To return an item, contact us, and indicate the reason for your return. We will process your return and e-mail you an address to which you can ship the returned item. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement. What kind of filling is inside the Comfort-U? The Comfort-U is filled with Fusion Fiberfill and it is the single most important feature of the Comfort-U Body Support Pillow. It’s what makes the Comfort-U so extraordinary. Fusion Fiberfill is an amazing man-made material that’s the closest thing to a “natural synthetic” ever developed for a pillow filling. In fact, it surpasses what man or nature has to offer. It is the perfect substitute for goose down, polyester or foam. Fusion Fiberfill is comfortable like down yet completely hypoallergenic. And unlike down or polyester, Fusion Fiberfill remains fluffy even after repeated machine washings. This unique filling fluffs up like new again and again, so it molds to your shape and then is easily fluffed back to its original form, time after time, year after year. The Comfort-U used to be filled with Fossfill. All new Comfort-U's are filled with Fusion Fiberfill. If you find a pillow with Fossfill, it is old stock and was manufactured prior to 2008.
